April-June.....most people, especially people with children, do not want to move during the school months. People will buy in April hoping to close after school ends....right up till July, hoping to move before school begins again';When'; do people buy homes the most?

My guess is June, after school gets out.
Usually lenders see the biggest spike in real estate applications in the first quarter of the year with loans closing in the early months of the year since they will be close to school closings for the summer.
