And isn't that just more socialism? Tax payers pay the government who pays the ';troops'; about a penny out of each tax dollar to come home and spend the money that the tax payer could've spent himself? Sounds a bit silly don't it?
Better question is ...why with THREE TRILLION dollars stimulus...why is only less than 15 percent for our infrastruture and creating new jobs? Why is it that 85 percent is PORK!????
