If they are willing to buy and you are willing to sell (and obviously have title to the property), there is no limit on the number of different properties you can sell to them.

Keep in mind, these are investors. They will not have unlimited amounts of cash.Selling your house to those ';we buy homes'; companies?
most of the ';we buy ugly houses'; type are investors looking to buy houses cheap.

Lets say you and your fighting brothers inherit a house from an uncle, who let every thing go. The house and yard are filled with trash, the electric does not meet code, it needs a new roof.

The investor makes a low ball offer of lets say 100,000 for the house, as is. He then spends a lot of sweat equity fixing the place up and sell it for 200,000. You get your 100k right away, and don't have to argue with your brothers over the value of your sweat equity.

Now if you find a cheap house, the question is how much it will cost to fix up. If you are good at fixing up houses, your cost will be lower, so a deal may work. If you dig into a house and keep finding problems, then you loose money.

Most investors do appreciate leads, and some will pay you for them.
they're bottom-fishers

buy cheap, particularly now, and sell as much as market will bear
