How do I report a man who tricks immigrants into buying homes & STEALS THEIR DOWNPAYMENT?

Please Help.





I know a WEALTHY man in Georgia who convinces people (illegal immigrants) in the Carribean to come to America--promising them he will ';apply for a work visa';. Then he tricks the immigrants to begin the process of buying a home in America, then gets a mortgage in HIS name (because they are illegal immigrants!)---then he STEALS THEIR $30,000 DOWN PAYMENTS BY LITERALLY EMPTYING THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS--LEAVING THEM PENNILESS!!





He also is keeping some illegals as his ';slaves'; and not paying them!!





This issue is so complex, I simply do not know WHO to report him to.

Wow. You need some evidence, and then take it to the local police. If they don't do anything, you could try the FBI and the Attorney General. It also sounds like a good one for the media. After you contact the local police, call some of the investigative journalism shows, like 20/20, and see if they will put an under cover guy in there to catch him red handed.How do I report a man who tricks immigrants into buying homes %26amp; STEALS THEIR DOWNPAYMENT?
Just file a police report and give them your evidence so they can set up a sting operation. Since it involves bank, I would even report it to the FBI.
Call the police immediately. It is up to them to collect the evidence.
Contact the FBI and the local sheriffs office. You can also try contacting immigration. If he is a licensed real estate agent, see if you can file a complaint with the state real estate board.





Be sure to have proof. Property addresses. Places, and times when you found out about his business dealings. And any information you have on him.
